PARKING BAN HOURS: Midnight (12:00 a.m.) to 7:00 a.m.

EMERGENCY SNOW OR WEATHER RELATED PARKING BAN:
If an emergency snow removal or weather related parking ban is declared at any time by the Mayor or the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works, there will be NO PARKING ON ANY STREET for the duration of the Emergency Ban.
The penalty for any violation of any part of this regulation shall be in accordance with the schedule of fines for parking violations in the City of Brockton in effect at the time of the violation, and shall not exceed the applicable fine. In addition, violators may be subject to towing costs. Please call (508) 580-7807 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with any questions you may have concerning the above-mentioned parking restrictions.
