TONIGHT SNOW PARKING BAN

Mayor Moises Rodrigues has declared a Winter Storm Parking Ban for the City of Brockton starting at 12:00 am (midnight) Saturday, February 7.

Please move all vehicles off City streets and stay off roads as much as possible for the duration of the storm. Residents can start parking in designated lots and garages throughout the City.

Por favor, retire todos los vehículos de las calles de la ciudad y evite circular por las vías tanto como sea posible durante la duración de la tormenta. Los residentes pueden comenzar a estacionar en los estacionamientos y garajes designados en toda la ciudad.

City of Brockton is at Bridgewater State University.

This week, Mayor Rodrigues and his team spent an afternoon strengthening the bond between our City and Bridgewater State University. At the Lewis and Gaines Center, the group talked about the importance of belonging. In the Cyber Lab, I saw students training for the high-tech jobs of tomorrow. And at the Career Services and Internship Center, we focused on making sure that when students graduate, they bring those incredible talents to our great City.

The "Brockton-to-BSU" pipeline is real, and it’s thriving. To every Brockton student the Mayor spoke with that day, your City is proud of you, and we’re ready for you when you cross that finish line.

Thank you to President Fred Clark, Vinny DeMacedo, and the entire BSU community for the warm welcome and for being such vital partners in our students’ success. Let’s keep building.
