A public hearing will be held in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 140, Section 157 regarding the dogs owned by Dominic Defelix of 136 Perkins Avenue. The hearing authority shall investigate or cause the investigation of the complaint to determine whether the dogs at 136 Perkins Avenue are a nuisance or dangerous.

     The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 7 PM in the Barbas Academy Room at the Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St., Brockton, MA.
