Notice is hereby given that the Brockton City Council will meet on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 7:00PM in the Council Chambers, 2^nd floor, City Hall, 45 School St., Brockton, MA to review the following petition at which time all interested parties may be heard:

Petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc to install one JO Pole on E Ashland Street. Beginning at a point approximately 30 feet Northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Gerald Avenue. Install 50ft class H1 pole between P71 and P72 E Ashland Street. The pole will be located on town property on the Northeast side of E Ashland Street. The pole will be labeled 71-50.

Petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc to install one JO Pole on Hovendon Avenue. Beginning at a point approximately 246 feet Northeast of the centerline of the intersection of Belcher Street. Install 55ft class H1 pole between Pole 28 and Pole 29 Hovendon Avenue. The pole will be located on town property on the North side of Hovendon Avenue. The pole will be labeled 28-50.

Petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc to install one JO Pole on Hovendon Avenue. Beginning at a point approximately 182 feet South of the centerline of the intersection of Kevin Road. Install 50ft class H1 pole between Pole 47 and Pole 48 Hovendon Avenue. The pole will be located on town property on the South side of Hovendon Avenue. The pole will be labeled 47-50.

Petition of National Grid and Verizon New England, Inc to install one JO Pole on Plain Street. Beginning at a point approximately 120 feet Southeast of the centerline of the intersection of Cushing Road and Plain Street. Install 5new Pole P58-50 at approximately 42°03’06.5” N 7059’35.9” W.
