In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40 Section 56 of the Massachusetts General Laws, a Special Meeting of the Brockton City Council, will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 6:00PM at the City Hall, 45 School St., Brockton, MA, 2^nd. Fl. Council Chambers, the meeting is for determining the percentages of the local tax levy for FY2023 in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L., Ch. 40, Section 56, to be borne by each class of real property, as defined in Section 2A of Chapter 59, and personal property;
