Notice is given that there will be a Public Comment Hearing: June 23, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Out of respect for public health and in response to the Governor’s declared state of emergency, this meeting will be closed to the public and the public may participate in the Public Comment Hearing by either of the following two means:

(1) By sending an email to [email protected]. The email must first state your full name and address. The first two (2) minutes of the email will be read during the Public Comment Hearing; or

(2) By commenting on the YouTube page for The Brockton Channels page

) and the comments will be read during the Public Comment Hearing. The comment must first state your full name and address. The first two (2) minutes of the comment will be read during the Public Comment Hearing.

The Public Comment Hearing is from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  A designee will read as many emails and comments as able to during this time block. The budget hearings will commence promptly at 6:30 p.m. on June 23,2020. The City Hall is closed to the public.
