Sandra Knight joined the City of Brockton in November 2018 as the Director of Human Resources.
Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Responsibilities in her role include but not limited to, the development and administration of city‐wide human resources including recruitment, equal opportunity employment, labor relations, employee health benefits, training and the classification and compensation of positions as well as the administration of human resources policy and functions.
