If you're a resident of Brockton, just come to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall and give them your name and date of birth. Dog licenses can all be obtained from the Elections Commission at City Hall.
For a dog license bring or mail a copy of the rabies certificate to the Registrar of Voters (Elections Commission) at City Hall. The fee is $24 for the yearly license, or $10 if you show proof that your pet has been spayed or neutered.
Hunting and Fishing licenses can be obtained at most locations that sell hunting and fishing gear.
Payments can be made at the Tax Collectors Office, located in the basement of City Hall, 45 School St., or online on the city's web site - go to the Online Services tab, and select Pay a Bill.
