Buckle Up Brockton

On May 16, Mayor Robert Sullivan attended the kick-off press event for the Buckle Up Brockton campaign at Boulangerie Saint Antoine, 364 North Main Street. This campaign, initiated by Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and Travelers Marketing, is a multi-year campaign to increase seat belt usage in the City of Brockton. The campaign will include sponsorship at Campanelli Stadium, educational integration with Brockton’s schools, billboards, BAT bus signage, and car air fresheners reminding drivers and passengers to buckle up. The centerpiece of the campaign is a 72-foot mural painted by local artist Jessica Picanso at Boulangerie Saint Antoine. Please buckle up to protect yourself and your loved ones.
