Our beautiful City Hall first opened its doors in 1894 – so come help us celebrate this event and say Happy Birthday! The program is designed for children grades K through 5 — and, of course, the young at heart! Our program will include songs from the Brockton Council on Aging Singers, the Cardinal Spellman High School Choir, and a lively Happy Birthday song from saxophonist Sean Henningson. Then, the architect Mr. Wesley Lyng Minor will join us to read a story about how the city was born and the hall was built. Mayor Moises Rodrigues will invite us all to enjoy a piece of cake — an amazing creation by our very own Montilio’s of Brockton! Free, at City Hall.
