The City of Brockton and MassDevelopment are sponsoring a study of future development options for the CSX site and the area around Trout Book. Join members of City staff and the consultant team (Harriman and RKG Associates) to discuss the existing conditions and different scenarios for commercial flex space, mixed-use, and residential development.
