Call the meeting to order:

  • Motion to accept June 4 minutes.

    Current Business:

  • We’ll review the program ideas that have been submitted and begin building a calendar for the year, along with determining how many programs we can realistically take on.

  • We’ll also talk through expectations for appointed commissioners, including meeting attendance and follow-through, so this information can be shared with both current and prospective members.

  • In addition, we’ll plan any summer meetings as we prepare for the

    October Women’s Cancer Awareness Breakfast.

  • Add to calendar– Plan Zoom meeting for some time next year to meet with other MA local women’s commission members.
