Notice is hereby given that a public hearing WILL BE HELD at the CITY HALL-COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, on TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M.

Petition of KATHLEEN STAITI, 44 Norwich Road, Brockton, MA, for a Variance, seeking relief from Section 27-9 Table 1 and Section 27-39, to be allowed to construct a wood-frame addition to an existing room that currently lacks the required rear yard setback. In the alternative, the petitioner is requesting a determination that the proposed expansion is less than 50% of the original square footage in an R-1-C Zone, located at 44 NORWICH ROAD.

Petition of THELWELL GROUP, LLC, 31 Lowell Street, Brockton, MA, for a Variance and Special Permit, seeking relief from Section 27-9 Table 1 and Section 27-24.5, to construct a two-family dwelling on a lot that currently lacks the required frontage, area, front setbacks, with exterior access in a R-2 and C-2 Zone, located at 10 BATTLES STREET.
