New water & sewer user fees ($15 each, total $30.00) went into effect on the November bill issued 11/2/20. It will be billed quarterly from now on. The revenue from the fees will be used towards repairing the water & sewer infrastructure in the City. Some of the water rates increased which can be found on the back of your bill or online.
