Mayor Moises Rodrigues today declared a snow emergency for the City of Brockton ahead of the forecasted winter storm. The Snow Emergency Parking Ban will take effect beginning at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 22.

  Once the snow emergency is in effect, vehicles parked on any street or major roadways may be ticketed or towed to allow for snow clearing operations.
