Shahmeer Nawaz joined the Mayor’s Office as the Policy and Intergovernmental Affairs Associate. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government and History from Georgetown University. Shahmeer has previously worked in a Congressional office, various government affairs firms, and nonprofit organizations. He is very excited at the opportunity to engage in meaningful public service.
