Joseph Edward Francois is a 32 year resident of the city of Brockton. Joseph has worked for various Brockton Mayor’s serving as the Community Liaison since 2016. Joseph is fluent in Haitian, Creole, and French. He received a 2-year Business Computer Accounting degree from Kanyon Campbell Business School. His current role involves providing resources to and answering the questions/concerns of Brockton residents, in addition to serving as a bridge for the Mayor’s Office with the Haitian community.
