CITY OF BROCKTON AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) GRANT PROGRAM
FUNDING ALLOCATION AND REPORTING SCHEDULE
PHASE I- 2021
EXPECTED FEDERAL ALLOCATION: $2,000,000
MAXIMUM AWARD: $200,000

 Phase I of the Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Funds will be administered by the City of Brockton consistent will all Treasury guidance, 2 CFR 200, and federal, state, and local procurement laws. Phase I will be from February 21st, 2022- January 29th 2023. Phase II will be launched at a later time.

December 10th, 2021 Notice of ARPA funding is released by the City of Brockton on the City website
December 10th, 2021 Application portal is live and applicants can begin submitting proposals
January 31st, 2022 Application is due by 12am EST
February 1st- February 18th 2022 Applications will be evaluated and scored based on the provided scoring rubric
February 28th, 2022 Subrecipients are notified and provided an award letter and grant agreement packet
March 14th 2022 All agreements must be signed, executed, and sent back to the City through the portal
March 18th, 2022 All contracts will be executed by the City and the first 25% disbursement will occur.
June 17th, 2022 Quarter 1 report due.
June 27th, 2022 Second disbursement (25%) will be provided.
September 19th, 2022 Quarter 2 report due by close of business.
October 3rd, 2022 Third disbursement (25%) will be provided.
December 5th, 2022 Final quarterly report due
December 12th, 2022 Final 25% disbursement will be provided
January 29th, 2023 Grant closeout. All grant funds must be expended. Final report and supporting documentation are due.
