Reason for Meeting: Ward 3 Councilor Dennis Eaniri and Ward 4 Councilor Susan Nicastro are co-hosting this Neighborhood Meeting to discuss a proposal to redevelop the factory building that formerly housed Wind Innersole and Counter Company to create 56 apartments and 58 parking spaces on the approx. 1.54 acres at 15 Rutland Square (Parcel ID: 083-048).  Members of the public are invited to ask questions and share opinions respectfully after the developers discuss the project and present proposed plans.
