10:00 AM – Parade steps off, then South on Newbury St., East on Belmont St., North on Main St., East on Crescent St., North on VFW Parkway and end at City Hall Amphitheater

11:00 AM – Ceremony at the Brockton City Hall Amphitheater, 45 School St.
