There will be a Tax Classification Meeting on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall

In compliance with Chapter 797 Acts of 1979, M.G.L., the Board of Assessors has conducted a comprehensive assessment of all classes of properties in the City of Brockton. This action was undertaken to comply with that section of the law that requires cities and towns to receive Division of Local Assessment certification of property values

The approved values for Fiscal Year 2023 (value as of January 1, 2022) are available for the taxpayer to review on the City’s website; www.Brockton.ma.us
