1. Community Input on ESSER III Funding and Plan

The Finance Subcommittee will go into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3), to discuss strategy and obtain advice of counsel with respect to potential litigation threatened by First Student, Inc. in connection with First Student’s allegation of sums owed under the parties’ contract for transportation services.  The Subcommittee will not return to open session following this Executive Session.
