A public hearing will be held in accordance to M.G.L. Chapter 140, Section 157 to determine whether a dog “Mace” owned by Alex Resende of 43 East Main St. poses a significant danger to people and animals.

The hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Barbas Academy Room at the Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St., Brockton, MA.
