The Planning Department Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the GAR Room of City Hall has been cancelled. The purpose of this meeting is to take testimony about a proposed Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP) District at the proposed development site. HDIP is a state tax incentive to build market rate residential units in Gateway Cities like Brockton.
