In compliance with the requirements of the open meeting law, M.G.L. c. 30A, ss 18-25. I am providing notice o f an upcoming Dangerous Dog Hearing in accordance with M.G.L. c. 140 s. 157.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. a Dangerous Dog Hearing will be held in the Academy Room of the Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302. This hearing is regarding a dog complaint, called into the Brockton Animal Control Department on February 15, 2026. It is alleged there was an incident on February 14, 2026 on Hillside Ave. where two dogs attacked and killed a cat.
