Fl., City Hall, 45 School St., Brockton, MA. On the Petition of National Grid and Massachusetts Electric Company requesting to erect and maintain poles and wires to be placed thereon, together with sustain and protecting fixtures as said company may deem necessary, in the following public way or ways:
