The Brockton Area Branch NAACP is hosting its local ACT-SO virtual competition on Saturday, May 30, There will be ten students, grades 9th to 12th, from various schools competing in ten different categories. ACT-SO (Afro-Academic Cultural Technological Scientific Olympics) is a year long achievement progrm designed to recruit,stimulate and encourage high academic and cutural achievement among African American high school students.
