An Art and Poetry Contest for students in grades 3-12

August 3, 2020 All day

100 years ago, women could not vote or hold political office! All this changed with the passage of the 19th Amendment. Tell us in a poem, or show us in a drawing what you know about the Women’s Suffrage Movement. You might have your artwork or poem showcased at the Brockton Library. Six students will also win cash prizes up to $100. Contest open through August 3, 2020. For complete details on the contest and about entering, write to bpl.suffrage@gmail.com
