Montello Neighborhood Plan
The City has recently kicked off its Montello Neighborhood Plan process. We have pulled together a Steering Committee of local residents, property and business owners to guide our efforts. Through this effort we will look at current land uses, the existing conditions of the built environments, physical assets and limitations, market conditions, and zoning. The objective is to create a shared vision for the Montello station area and parts of the Village.
