Volunteer Sign-Up

Looking to spread some holiday cheer? Volunteers play a key role in making this event a success! Opportunities include helping with setup, crowd control, float organization, and cleanup. Deadline to sign up to volunteer is November 21st.

Parade Participation

Are you or your organization interested in participating in the parade? We welcome schools, businesses, and community groups to join in the holiday fun! Floats, walking groups, and performers are all invited. Deadline to sign up to participate in the parade is November 5th.
Parade Participant Guidelines:
  • All participants must arrive at the staging area by 10:30 AM.
  • Costumes and decorations should be family-friendly and in the spirit of the holidays.

Vendor Information

Vendors are invited to set up along the parade route to sell food, drinks, crafts, and holiday-themed merchandise. Please apply early as spaces are limited. Deadline to sign up to be a vendor is November 13th.

When and where is the Holiday Parade taking place?

The 38th Annual Holiday Parade will take place on Saturday, November 30th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in downtown Brockton. The parade will kick off at 12:00 PM near 72 Belmont Street and follow a route that winds through the heart of the city.

Can I still sign up to participate in the parade?

We are accepting applications for parade participants until November 5th. If you're interested in joining as a float, performer, or organization, please complete and submit the Parade Participation Application by this deadline.

Absolutely! We are accepting donations from individuals or organizations interested in supporting the parade. If you’d like to contribute, please reach out to the Mayor's Office.

Is there a fee to participate in the parade?

There is no fee to participate in the parade. We welcome all community members, local organizations, schools, and businesses to join in the celebration.

When will participants receive more details about the parade?

Participants will receive additional information, including lineup instructions and other logistical details, on or around November 8th. Please keep an eye out for this communication!

Where can I park or find public transportation for the parade?

Information about parking locations and public transportation options will be shared closer to the event date. We encourage early arrival as there may be road closures around the parade route.
